Terms of use

Who we are

Futsify is operated by Beintech. You can reach us at beintech.io@gmail.com.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall to the courts of the district where the operator is registered, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection you enjoy where you live.

What Futsify does

Futsify helps players find futsal games and helps organizers find players. It is a noticeboard and a lineup sheet.

Futsify does not rent pitches, does not book anything on your behalf, does not take payments and is not a party to any arrangement between you and an organizer or a venue.

Your account

You must be at least 16 to have an account, and the details you give must be your own and accurate.

You are responsible for what happens under your account. Sign-in is handled by Clerk; keep those credentials to yourself.

Behaving on the pitch and on the app

Turn up when you say you will, or leave the game in good time so someone on the waiting list can take your place. Repeated no-shows are recorded and visible to other players.

Rate people honestly and on what happened in the game. Do not use ratings, descriptions or messages to harass, insult or discriminate against anyone.

Do not create games you do not intend to run, scrape the service, or use it to advertise something else. We may suspend or remove an account that does.

Money

Organizers may state what a game costs. That text is information for players and nothing more: no money passes through Futsify, we take no commission, and we are not involved if a player does not pay their share.

Whatever the organizer agrees with a venue is between them and the venue.

Games, cancellations and injuries

An organizer can cancel a game; everyone on the list is told. We do not guarantee that a game will take place, that a pitch is booked, or that anyone will turn up.

You play at your own risk. Futsify is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from a game, from a venue, or from the conduct of other players. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Belgian law.

Availability

The service is provided as it is. We aim to keep it running but do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we may change or discontinue features.

You can stop using Futsify at any time and delete your account from Settings.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change materially, the version at the top changes and you are asked to agree again. If you do not agree, you can delete your account.
